10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Services at any time, with or without cause or notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Services immediately ceases, but obligations like confidentiality, disclaimers, and liability limits survive.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising hereunder will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Western Australia, and you consent to their exclusive jurisdiction.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither we nor our affiliates, officers, or employees will be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of (or inability to use) the Services, even if we’ve been advised of the possibility of such damages.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Sacred Shaman by Melissae  and its affiliates from and against any third-party claims, losses, liabilities, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any rights of another.

4. Payments & Refunds

Pricing: All fees are quoted in Australian  AUD, and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. You authorize us (and our payment processors) to charge your chosen payment method for recurring subscriptions or one-time purchases.

Refund Policy: If you believe you’re entitled to a refund under our policy, contact [email protected] within 7 days of purchase. Refunds are granted at our discretion and may be subject to a processing fee.  No refunds on Digital Products.

Our Content: All content, trademarks, logos, designs, and code (“Materials”) provided through our Services remain our property or that of our licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without express permission.

Your Content: You retain ownership of anything you submit. By posting or uploading, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute it in connection with providing the Services.
